What the review provides

A clear conclusion on your case

We assess the employee’s application and your documents.

We contact you within one business day of receiving your enquiry.

  1. Assessment of claims and potential paymentsWe identify which of the employee’s claims are justified and what payments may be awarded, including statutory penalties for late payment or other payments required by law.
  2. List of missing documents or evidenceWe identify any further documents or evidence needed to substantiate your position.
  3. Recommendation on settling or continuing the disputeWe explain whether to negotiate a settlement or continue the dispute by submitting a response to DGK, and what steps to take next.
After the review

The decision you will make

Depending on our findings, we recommend one of two approaches.

When the prospects of success are limited

Resolve the dispute amicably

We will represent you in negotiations with the employee and seek a lower payment and favourable payment terms. A settlement agreement can clearly specify the amount payable, the payment deadline and other terms.

€300

When the evidence supports your position

Continue the dispute

The employee’s claims are unfounded and you have documents that refute them. We prepare a response with evidence and contest the claims.

From €300

More about the response

If only some claims are justified, we recommend which to accept and which to contest.
