Debt assignment on the basis of claim assignment contract. You will not incur any additional costs and advance payments related to debt recovery procedure. Debt recovery on the basis of claim assignment contract will be executed on our behalf and at our own expense, success fee – x percent of recovered amount which you will pay after debt recovery.
